141 Hurricane Shoals Road Processing: Agreements will be processed and funded within 24 to 48 hours of receipt, providing that the following procedures have been followed: 1. Agent and insured have signed the agreement (or in states allowed, agent has signed on behalf of the insured). 2. The agreement has been dated. 3. Payment due within 10 days of the due date are collected by the agency wit the down payment. US Premium Finance will occasionally extend the first due date as an exception and not require the payment be retained. 4. Policy information completed, including: effective date, policy type, insurance company and general agent (if applicable), premium, taxes and/or fees. 5. Correct down payment per applicable policy provisions accurately reflected in quote (minimum earned premium, extended cancellation, auditable, etc. Additional Premium: Please call Trusted Premium Funding for an additional premium quote @ 866-439-1389. Carriers and Brokers: Eligible carriers must have an AM Best rating of A- or better. Exception may be made however must be approved. Call us for the approval. Large Agreements: Agreements with an amount financed over $500,000 will require the insured’s current financial statements. Holding Accounts from Cancellation: Most accounts will cancel 15 days after the due date if not paid. In most cases, if asked US Premium Finance will hold an account for 5 day or more per payment cycle. Request for Reinstatement: If an insured pays a cancelled account up-to-date, US Premium Finance will request reinstatement right away. However, if there is a prior history of non-sufficient funds checks on an account, US Premium Finance may elect to require certified funds or wait until the insured’s check has cleared their bank prior to issuing the reinstatement request.
